It was a hip new hotel. The people were very amiable and professional, will exceed the expectations. My bed was comfortable and the room was brand-new with a king bed.

The staff were not very friendly, didn't expect that coming.

The hotel was fairly clean and the location was exceptionally nice and marvellous in the middle of jackson. I booked a room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, a microwave, a refrigerator, and tea/coffee making equipment. It was a great experience;)))

The room is impressive and huge with bunk beds, everything is great. Nice touch to have central heating, multi-channel TV and a microwave oven.

The hotel was clean and our room was reasonably large and huge. Helpful staff, gave a lot of information. The room we had included a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and a refrigerator. The venue has great and efficient location very close to Pine Bluff. Also, it was barely a 15-minute walk from Bethany Baptist Church, which was ideal for us.

The breakfast was great with lots of options to choose from. The staff at the front counter were very friendly and courteous. The towels and beds were nice and cozy, and the location was perfect for our Thanksgiving plans. We also appreciated the newness and cleanliness of the hotel.

Our room had a few issues. The vent in the bathroom didn't work, and there was no body wash provided.

I recently had an amazing stay at this hotel. the entire facility was impeccably clean, which is something I always appreciate. Secondly, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Lastly, the bed was so comfortable that I had one of the best nights of sleep I've ever had at a hotel. It's rare for me to achieve such restful sleep, so I was pleasantly surprised. Additionally, based on the reviews, it seems that this hotel pays great attention to detail, ensuring that guests have a fantastic experience.
